ELDOA
The ELDOA are postural exercises that you can do yourself with the primary goal being to increase the space within a chosen joint. As the ELDOA “create” space, there is an improvement in joint mechanics, increased blood flow, reduced pressure on the discs, a reduction of pain, spinal disc rehydration, better muscle tone, improved posture, and a sense of well being and awareness.
MFS
MFS, or Mysofascial stretching is not the same as traditional stretching. The main goal is to improve the quality of movement of the tissue. The postures taken are designed to solicit tension of a fascial chain to correct a specific muscular link.
Training
Everyone needs a great exercise program. Each program is designed to the clients specific goals, age, injury history, and fitness level.
